  • Client management (B2B clients: manage agents/sub-agents, establish profiles, specify billing details, payment method, etc.; B2C clients and Corporate clients)
  • Manage multiple payments (credit card, credit facility, cash, loyalty points)
  • Manage cancellation policies, including deadline alerts.
  • Booking administration through the control panel (see booking list, export booking list to Excel, search and find reservation)
  • Finance module (proforma generation, automated invoicing, customer statement, credit management, reconciliation of supplier payments, etc)
  • Offline bookings module (multi-service bookings for tours, visa, transfers, hotels, flats, restaurants, FIT and group, MICE; group more than one service in a booking; produce one invoice for numerous bookings).
  • Remarks / message system with travel agents (messaging between the root and the agent on the reservation)
  • Update the booking vouchers with necessary information.
