What exactly is our Contracting Tool?

It is a single application that allows you to upload your own contracted hotels, excursions, and transfers, maintain their data (allotments, rates, rules, and so on), and quickly offer your own travel products procured from providers who cannot be reached online.

You have complete control over your inventory since you can always view the exact status of all of your products and how many offers are available at any one time.

Giving suppliers direct access to the system so they may manage their own content and offers can minimize your staff' effort and allow you to handle products more comfortably.

How does it function?

It is a standalone web-based system that may be linked directly to a B2B or B2C booking system via existing API features, or it can be included as part of the Future Travel Platform comprehensive system.

Your directly contracted suppliers (hotels, transfers, and excursions) have access to your system and can define their own product data (description, allotments, rates, special offers, limits, etc.).

The tours module includes two products: city tours and escorted guaranteed tours (multi-city tours), the latter of which can be coupled with contracted hotels for each city visited on the trip, as well as airport transfers to and from each hotel.
