This is an Agreement between you or the entity that you represent (hereinafter "You" or "Your") and Future Travel Platform (hereinafter "Future Travel Platform") governing your use of Future Travel Platform's online Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for travel businesses.
Acceptance of the Agreement
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement to accept this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use any of our Services. You can accept the Agreement by checking a checkbox or clicking on a button indicating your acceptance of the Agreement or by actually using the Services.
Description of Service
Future Travel Platform provides cloud-based SaaS software solutions for travel businesses. You may use the Services for your personal and business use or for internal business purposes in the organization you represent. You may access the Services using any Internet browser supported by the Services. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment necessary to use the Services. You can create, edit, and share content with your user account.
User Sign-Up Obligations
To access or use the Services, you must sign up for a user account by providing all required information. If you represent an organization, we recommend that you and all users from your organization sign up for user accounts using corporate contact information, particularly corporate email addresses. You agree to provide accurate and current information during sign-up and to promptly update it. Providing false or outdated information may result in termination of your user account and denial of Services.
Restrictions on Use
In addition to all other terms and conditions of this Agreement, you shall not: (i) transfer the Services or make them available to any third party; (ii) provide any service based on the Services without prior written permission; (iii) allow user licenses to be shared or used by more than one individual without reassignment; (iv) attempt to disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Services; (v) use the Services in a manner that violates applicable laws; (vi) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or its systems; (vii) use the Services to transmit harmful computer codes; (viii) use the Services in a manner that disrupts their integrity, security, or performance; (ix) host, display, upload, modify, publish, or share information to which you have no rights; (x) violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law; or (xi) use the Services for competitive purposes.
Spamming and Illegal Activities
You agree to be responsible for the content of your transmissions through the Services and not to use the Services for illegal purposes or for transmitting unlawful, defamatory, harassing, harmful, vulgar, or objectionable material. You also agree not to use the Services for "junk mail," "spam," or unsolicited mass email distribution. We may suspend your access if there are reasonable grounds to believe you have used the Services for illegal or unauthorized activity.
Third-Party Applications
Future Travel Platform Services may integrate with third-party applications ("Third-Party Applications"). Use of Third-Party Applications may require acceptance of their terms of service and privacy policies ("Third-Party Terms"). You are responsible for understanding Third-Party Terms before using any Third-Party Application. Future Travel Platform is not liable for any Third-Party Applications and may suspend or disable access to Third-Party Applications without notice.
Fees and Payments
The Services are available under various subscription plans. Payments for plans can be made only by Credit Card. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. You may change payment details before each renewal. We may change Service prices or introduce fees for free Services.
If applicable, we may invoice Taxes in accordance with local laws, and you agree to pay such Taxes in addition to subscription fees. We will provide an invoice to help you claim input tax credit.
Organization Accounts and Administrators
For organization accounts, you may specify one or more administrators with rights to configure and manage users. You are responsible for keeping account information confidential and for activities in your account. We are not responsible for account administration.
Personal Information and Privacy
Personal information provided to Future Travel Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account and notifying us of unauthorized use.
Communications from Future Travel Platform
The Service may include communications from us. You may opt-out of newsletters, but not service announcements and administrative messages.
Complaints
Complaints related to your use of the Services will be forwarded to your primary email address. You must respond within 10 days, or we may disclose your contact information to the complainant.

Inactive User Accounts Policy
We may terminate unpaid, inactive user accounts after 3 months. Data associated with terminated accounts will be deleted.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Future Travel Platform is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid during the three (3) months prior to the liability event.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims related to your use of the Services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Mumbai, India, in accordance with Indian law.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate user accounts for suspected illegal activity, inactivity, or violations of this Agreement.
Modification of Terms of Service
We may modify this Agreement with notice. You may terminate use of the Services within 30 days if changes substantially affect your rights.
