At Future Travel Platform, we are committed to providing you with high-quality SaaS software solutions to meet your business needs. We appreciate your trust in our services. In the event that we fall short of your expectations, we have established this policy to address your concerns.

Monthly Subscriptions

If, at any time during your first month of using our service, you are dissatisfied, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will make every effort to resolve your issue, offer a workaround, or provide a timeline for a solution that meets your requirements. If you remain unsatisfied, we will gladly issue you a FULL REFUND for your purchase.

Annual Subscriptions

At Future Travel Platform, we do not require you to commit to an annual subscription as a condition for using our services. We value your flexibility and choice. In exchange for your voluntary annual upfront commitment, we offer a substantial discount compared to our already competitive monthly subscription rates. If, within the first 45 days of using our service, you find yourself dissatisfied, please reach out to us. We will strive to address your concerns, provide a workaround, or establish a timeline for a solution that aligns with your needs. If satisfaction remains elusive, we will gladly provide you with a FULL REFUND for your purchase.

Beyond the Initial Period

Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond the initial 30 days (for monthly subscriptions) and 45 days (for annual subscriptions). If, during your contract term, we remove, break, or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you subscribed to our services, we request that you notify us promptly. If we fail to address the functionality issue within the promised timelines or are unable to provide a satisfactory workaround for discontinued functionality, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remaining duration of your contract.

Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription

There may be instances where you wish to partially downgrade your annual subscription, such as reducing the number of user licenses, downgrading the edition of our services, altering your paid support plan, or removing previously purchased add-ons. In the event of a partial downgrade of an annual subscription, you will receive credits in the form of an extension of your subscription for the active licenses. The discounts applied will be excluded when calculating the credit amount. The formula for the value of unused licenses is as follows: Value for unused license = total amount paid - (monthly list price x number of months used).

Auto-Renewal

For your convenience, both monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew until you decide to cancel the service. Before each subscription auto-renewal, we will send you an email specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. After each renewal, you will receive an email receipt indicating the deducted amount, the next renewal date, and the subsequent renewal amount. We understand that cancellations may sometimes be overlooked until after renewal. Therefore, you can cancel your monthly or annual subscription up to five business days after your renewal date, and we will promptly process your cancellation, providing you with a FULL REFUND.

Exception to Our Refund Policy

Please note that there will be strictly no refund (FULL OR PRO-RATED) in cases where your account is terminated, suspended, or blocked by Future Travel Platform due to activities that violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to phishing, impersonation, fraud, and violations of applicable laws.
