Please ensure that you only select suppliers that you plan to start with. You will need to sign an agreement with the suppliers and 3rd-party service providers and share the API credentials with us to setup and start. You can always add more suppliers from this list in the future for no extra cost as per the selected plan’s API integration limit.

Within 4 weeks of signing the contract and providing all supplier details.

Shared hosting will be provided by Future Travel Platform. Future Travel Platform will be responsible for server set up, deployment Shared Hosting may have limitations in terms of System performance and Search speed.

SaaS or “Software as a Service” is a software delivery method that provides access to the system and its functions remotely as a web-based service. In simple, non-technical terms, SaaS is a software distribution model in which the software products and modules are hosted by the provider.

Monthly fee of your selected plan will be charged automatically on your credit card.

Invoice will be raised on the 1st of every month. The invoice will have line items for flight bookings and hotel bookings. Any dispute in Invoice has to be brought to our notice by 3rd of the Month.

Payment has to be transferred into our bank account by the 6th of the month.

On the failure of bill payment, a notification will be sent on the registered email id and the due needs to be paid latest by 8th of the Month.

System will be discontinued as a result of payment failure.

Normal booking fee will be charged for Cancelled, On-Hold, Pending, and Void bookings. These booking statuses will also count towards the monthly booking allowance plan quota.

Future Travel Platform will charge as per the selected plan for the first year of using the platform.

Based on the system usage and your business success, the pricing is subject to be revised after the first year at the sole discretion of Future Travel Platform.
