How does it function?

In order to get the most recent dynamic pricing and availability, your travel agency can use the Hotel Extranet System to link directly to the individual Channel Managers employed by the hotels you want to include in your inventory.

Add or provide hoteliers access to the information (inventory, description, photo gallery, facilities, policies), the dynamic pricing, and the Extranet System (with a special login and password). The second is a great choice for lightening the workload of your staff.

The hotelier is able to increase or decrease the number of rooms available and apply a dynamic tariff based on the room category, time of year, and other factors. You will then have immediate access to these modifications so that you can take advantage of the best available rates (BAR) and further coordinate them with your selling channels.
